Sonas Villages combine independent living in a friendly secure location alongside services available at the adjacent Care Centre.
A central social centre, managed by a residents committee, will provide a focal point for activities and services. Sonas Villages are managed and maintained by Sonas.

Contract Inclusions
- All residents must be certified by a medical practitioner, as requiring such accommodation by reason of old age or infirmity.
- Houses are let on a fully fitted-out and furnished basis.
- The houses are managed by Sonas, this includes emergency nurse on call and nursing care, village maintenance, Social Centre maintenance, grounds and external maintenance of bungalows and Insurance.
- A minimum of a one-month lease for a one-bed/two-bed house.
- Residents are responsible for payment of, electricity, telephone bill.
- Booking deposit of one months rent and one months rent in advance.
- Standard lease contract
- Additional Services at an extra cost include: meals, physiotherapy, Nursing Care Support.
- Care packages are also available and are tailor-made to meet individual client needs.
